Stephen acted promptly and engaged his back office siteworks team, who arranged for a metering team to attend the site and successfully re-energise the meter. Special thanks to Nas and Panashe in the siteworks team for their efficiency and excellent service in resolving the issue. We also encountered a complication when a neighbouring business mistakenly submitted a Change of Tenancy request. Renewable business energy for IVC
Prior to 2020, IVC veterinary practices were responsible for contracting and managing their own business energy suppliers via a third party broker. While this was a manageable situation when the Group consisted of 20 sites, when the Group grew to include over 1,000 sites the situation had become unmanageable.
