One of the fastest growing Energy Suppliers in the UK is looking to recruit a passionate and motivated Sales Performance Manager.

The company is entering a rapid growth phase and is now seeking to expand its sales operation and to support and enhance these opportunities. This represents a rare and exciting opportunity for talented and ambitious people.

We are looking for a passionate and engaging professional with the ability to engage and develop seasoned sales staff and new staff coming into the business. It will involve you working closely with the Sales Manager in order to drive development and results on the sales floor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify development requirements
  • Perform and analyse 1-2-1’s
  • Develop and implement coaching sessions
  • Report to the Sales Manager on performance of sales floor
  • Drive sales by call monitoring and giving feedback
  • Have a hands-on approach with members of the team
  • Lead huddles and energizer sessions
  • Floor walk rounds to hold an “open door presence”
  • Professionally represent the company always
  • Instil the correct sales habits and behaviours
  • Keep up to date with coaching standards and professional practices
  • Keep up to date with UGP products and services
  • Create action plans for individuals & support individuals to achieve their individual business & personal goal and objectives
  • Motivate all staff and promote a positive environment for sales to thrive.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in sales in B2B
  • Knowledge of the energy industry
  • Experience in working in a target and results driven environment
